INTELLIGENT ONE NUMBER
CELLpanion automates connections between office phones, in-building cell phones and other external contact numbers used by mobile employees. CELLpanion users register their cell phone numbers in blueButler and assign their extension number in the PBX. Anyone can reach them on their cell phone by simply calling their office PBX extension. CELLpanion users can also have a regular desk phone on the PBX or simply use a virtual extension to route their callers to their cell phone.

CONSOLIDATED VOICEMAIL
CELLpanion consolidates all cell phone and PBX voicemail to one account simplifying the mobile worker's environment. Optional SMS text notification messages are sent to the user whenever a message is left. Alternatively, blueButler can turn voicemail into an integrated email service. Users can opt to have voicemail pushed to them as compressed MP3 files making voicemail as easy to use as email.

SHARED CELL PHONES
(for IN-BUILDING, ON-CALL, and ROAMING users)
CELLpanion provides an easy, automated mechanism for sharing local cell phones. The user is given a shared cell phone and simply speed dials into blueButler and uses the *4 command sequence followed by their extension number to change their account. blueButler automatically adjusts its call routing tables to send callers to the correct user of the phone. When the user hands in the phone, they can logout using the *6 command sequence. If they forget to logout, the next user that logs into the phone will automatically log out the previous user.

MOBILE CALL RECORDING
CELLpanion users can record some or all of their mobile calls as MP3 files. MP3 recordings are stored on your secure blueButler server where they are integrated with blueButler iDR (Intelligent Digital Recording) in a SQL database for quality control, compliance and dispute resolution.

3 OR 4-DIGIT DIALING
CELLpanion provides mobile employees with easy access to the corporate dialing plan. Mobile users simply speed dial into blueButler and enter the extension to be dialed.

MOBILE CALL TRANSFER
CELLpanion extends the ability to transfer calls to the mobile employee. Any call that is bridged by blueButler to the user's cell phone or home office phone can be transferred to another extension by simply entering #* followed by the extension number at any time during the call.

BRIDGED LONG-DISTANCE CALLING
CELLpanion provides secure access to your existing corporate voice network facilities (IP and/or traditional PSTN landlines) allowing remote workers to make long distance and international calls at inexpensive corporate rates. A configurable Virtual Calling Card provides for centralized multi-site directory dialing and speed call dialing to branch offices. Administrators can customize which external numbers can be dialed and when a PIN code is required.
