One Number Connect
blueButler enables flexible connections between office phones, mobile phones and other external contact numbers used by mobile employees. Avoid missed calls when customers, suppliers and employees are
able to reach mobile workers regardless of location.

blueButler manages incoming calls to office extensions AND mobile phones. Employees now conveniently receive incoming mobile phone calls on their office phones. Not only are wireless charges avoided but users can also receive calls outside of coverage areas and take advantage of office phone features like speakerphone and call transfer.

blueButler runs on autopilot, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from the system. Unlike other one-number systems that require constant intervention, blueButler not only remembers where it last reached the user, but also includes a clever interface that lets users dynamically redirect calls in real-time.

Consolidated Voicemail
blueButler consolidates wireless and in-office voicemail to one account simplifying the mobile worker's environment. Now your employees have only one, rather than two or more places they have to check for voice mail. Users select the voicemail service that meets their needs and blueButler directs all voice messages accordingly. Optional SMS text notification messages are sent to the user whenever a message is left.

Shared Office Dynamic Hot-desk
blueButler is well suited for any office that shares office space and desk phones. Other hot-desk/hoteling solutions require specific phones to be pre-designated for sharing. blueButler can hot-desk any phone whether it's an internal extension or external phone.

Personal Call Screening
blueButler acts as a personal assistant to filter out unwanted callers by asking their name and announcing who's calling before transferring each call. It also checks caller ids against a personalized list to determine how to handle off-hour calls.

Rapid Response
blueButler offers a great alternative to voicemail when users are unable to answer incoming calls. When calls are announced, users can decide whether to answer or not. And with minimal interruption, they can record a quick response to a caller without actually answering the call.
