Ad-hoc Mobile Conference Calls
blueButler
makes it easy for mobile workers to keep business moving forward while
they're out of the office. Collaboration amongst a group of people
is often required to resolve issues and engaging in conference calls
is one of the best ways to get results. However, carrier conference
bridge services are expensive so many mobile workers are either not
entitled to use them or are asked to minimize their usage.
With blueButler,
mobile workers simply dial-in and use blueButler
as a secure bridge for setting up ad-hoc conference calls using
in-house communications facilities and avoiding expensive carrier
charges. Users simply enter each participant's contact number from
their mobile phone and blueButler does
the rest. Each conference can have up to 5 parties connected including
internal and external numbers. Your mobile workers can now make
conference calls on the fly when business opportunities arise without
the need to wait for a scheduled call that requires sending out
of pre-call conference number particulars.
Self-service Conference
Bridge
blueButler
eliminates the use of costly conference bridge services providing
a simple HTML and WAP-based interface for scheduling conference
calls. Any authorized employee can now book a conference bridge
using in-house communications facilities. Multiple concurrent conference
calls can be scheduled, each controlled by their own access codes.
When used in conjunction with the
MP3 Voice Recorder, the conference call can be recorded and forwarded
by email to anyone who was unable to attend avoiding the time-consuming
task of transcribing notes for absentee parties.
Automated Meeting Scheduler
It's easy to schedule
meetings amongst a group of internal and external participants with
blueButler. Simply select possible
time slots, list the requested attendees and blueButler
arranges the meeting.
Each participant is contacted using
all available communications channels including email, SMS text
messages, voice calls and voicemail until the meeting is confirmed.
This is ideal when workers are mobile and often unable to get online
to check their email accounts.
